Task Tracking and Reminders with OpenClaw
Use case: Keep to-dos and deadlines in one place with proactive nudges via Telegram, WhatsApp, or Slack. OpenClaw memory and scheduled tasks let you add items in chat and receive reminders.
Overview
Use OpenClaw as a task and reminder assistant: tell it to remind you of deadlines or add tasks. The agent stores items in memory and can run scheduled checks to send proactive nudges. Combines well with morning briefing and personal CRM.
Prerequisites
- OpenClaw installed; at least one channel (e.g. Telegram)
- Understanding of agent customization and memory; optional scheduled tasks
Implementation
Define an agent that accepts task and deadline input and stores it in memory. Add a scheduled job that queries what is due and posts reminders to your channel. See Personal Productivity hub and ClawHub for task and reminder skills.
